1. Curve Square/Griffon
A riffon shape for a short to medium square with a 50% arch.
Suitable for modeling/correction/restoration of:
• short or medium square
• oval
• not long almond
• for onychogryphous type of nail plate (which grow downwards)
• for arched natural nails
Features:
• arched shape, which gives the natural shape of salon nails
• the built-in architecture allows you to correctly raise the end (for GRIFFOOUS nails it is important to understand the ratio of length and raising the end, which this shape provides)
• perfectly suitable for working with index fingers, which require increased stability and competent lifting with material
• this shape allows you to raise the free edge, creating a harmonious look even for medium length
• allows you to preserve natural strength and balance between shape and length
• with these upper shapes, modeled nails look elegant, thanks to the ability to adjust the natural inclination of the plate downwards
• suitable for clients who want a stylish and practical manicure with a sustained length
2. Stiletto/Stiletto
Arch percentage about 40-45%
Suitable for:
• almost all nail types
• stiletto/long almond/ballerina
• for modeling elegant and elongated nail shapes that emphasize the length and architecture of the nail
• for a short square with a flat or standard nail plate
• the shapes can also be used as springboards for a very short square or oval, provided that the nails are not too arched
Features:
• arch percentage: about 40-45%, which provides the optimal balance between strength and aesthetics and creates a perfectly symmetrical profile that looks harmonious even at maximum length
• the shapes have a curved longitudinal arch with the apex closer to the center and straight side edges
• length: Focused on long nails, which allows you to embody complex and sophisticated designs
• maximum narrowing and lengthening to the free edge, ideal for clients who prefer elegant and geometrically correct shapes
• this shape provides stability even with significant elongation due to the raised arch and correctly distributes the load along the entire length of the nail
3. Square/Short, medium square
The percentage of the arch is about 35% and 40% in the stress zone.
Suitable for:
• for modeling short/medium/long square
• almond
• on a flat or standard natural nail plate
• for springboard nails – only short square
Features:
• shapes – natural salon square, have parallel side edges without narrowing
• the longitudinal arch is slightly curved, with the apex closer to the center
• has a less pronounced arch, which makes the shape more natural
• the side walls on the side are straight, which allows you to build up a medium/long square, but on a nail plate with a small arch
• the shapes have a classic transverse arch, 40% in the stress zone (not suitable for arched natural nails)
• a great option for everyday manicure due to its practicality and versatility
4. Half Square/Arched shape for free edge
Arch runoff: 50% and more.
Purpose:
• used to create a clear arched shape in the free edge zone, regardless of the chosen shape (square or almond)
• suitable for clients with natural nails of medium or high arch.
• for medium and long length
• for springboards – from short to long modeling
Features:
• have parallel side ribs without narrowing, transverse arch 50%, longitudinal arch straight
• as standard are used for work in the substrate technique with the need to complete the architecture
5. Maxi Ballerina/Modern Ballerina/Almond
Arch percentage: 50-60%.
Purpose:
• for modeling medium and long nails in modern “ballerina” or elegant almond shapes
• ideal for arched natural nails
• for nails growing upwards (springboards) – any length – from short to long
• for classic and flat nails – long length
• for griffon (only long length and wear no more than 2-3 weeks)
Features:
• combines the smoothness of almonds and the clarity of the “ballerina” shape lines
• ideal for clients who prefer stylish long and medium shapes
• the longitudinal arch is curved with a smooth apex closer to the center
• the side walls are straight, slightly narrowed to the free edge, which corresponds to the given Ballerina shape and looks very beautiful and harmonious
• the transverse arch at the highest point is 60%
• the apex is offset, which provides balance and increased resistance to mechanical loads
• the forms are elastic, hold their shape well and are easily removed after polymerization, they do not bend when pressing the architecture with tweezers or special fine-toothed pliers
• the apex with a smooth rise allows you to perfectly make an impression in the cuticle area and get the perfect architecture in the side view
6. Maxi Arch Square
Arch percentage: about 60%.
Purpose:
• used for modeling long nails in the shape of an arched square
• perfectly suitable for clients with a natural nail plate that has a high arch
•
for nails growing upwards (springboards) – any length – from short to long
• for classic and flat nails – long length
• for griffon (only long length and wear no more than 2-3 weeks)
Features:
• have parallel side edges without narrowing, the longitudinal arch is straight with a smooth rise to the apex closer to the center, the transverse arch at the highest point is 60%
• the apex is offset, which provides balance and increased resistance to mechanical loads
• allows you to create a perfectly even, arched and geometrically clear free edge
• the forms are elastic, hold their shape well and are easily removed after polymerization with any material, they do not bend when pressing the architecture with tweezers or special fine-tipped pliers.
• smoothly rising apex allows you to perfectly make an impression in the cuticle area and get perfect architecture in the side view
• improved shape will create nail architecture without unnecessary effort even for beginners in modeling
